Our client, a leader in retail technology and operations, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Retail Operations) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Retail Operations), you will be an integral part of the Procurement and Sourcing department supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support the execution of sourcing strategies for retail technology categories to optimize costs and improve efficiencies.
  • Develop and analyze various award optimization scenarios to minimize total cost of ownership.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs, review contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Conduct spend analysis, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling to identify sourcing opportunities and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support procurement initiatives and supplier performance management.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience supporting RFP processes, contract administration, and spend analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
