As a Product Support Analyst, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting the Front of House platform team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead support for the electronic Prep system (Prep E), ensuring system reliability and high-quality service delivery.
- Support the development and enhancement of monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like DataDog, Grafana, and AWS Lambda.
- Engage in proactive troubleshooting to identify root causes of system issues and implement technical improvements.
- Enrich documentation and troubleshooting processes to support restaurant-level systems effectively.
- Build automation tools to streamline support workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance system stability.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience in Observability, Software Engineering, Automation, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development principles, including SDLC and CI/CD practices.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, scripting languages, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
