Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and public sector support industry, is seeking a Recruiter II (High Level Security) to join their team. As a Recruiter II (High Level Security), you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Recruiter II (High Level Security)
Location: Arlington, VA (100% Onsite)
Pay Range: $42-45/hr.
Job Type: 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension
Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm
What's the Job?
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles.
What's Needed?
- 5-8 years' experience of corporate recruiting experience
- U.S. citizenship required to support cleared recruiting efforts.
- Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
- Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Experience handling corporate candidates and managing high-volume requisitions (20+ reqs).
