Our client, a leading organization in the public health sector, is seeking a SW QA Analyst to join their team. As a SW QA Analyst, you will be part of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare supporting software quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, collaborative abilities, and a high attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Use AI-driven tooling to enhance test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability.
- Understand and manage test plans, test scripts, test cases, and their links to requirements and completion criteria.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins infrastructure.
- Analyze complex automated test assets, troubleshoot failures, and provide insights for improvements.
What's Needed?
- Experience in building and supporting automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Java, Jenkins, and AI-assisted testing tools.
- Knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and automated testing strategies.
