Finance Business Process Expert

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance Business Process Expert to join their team. As a Finance Business Process Expert, you will be an integral part of the Finance department, supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

What's the Job?

  • Define, measure, and improve end-to-end finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Partner with process owners, IT, and stakeholders to deliver measurable process enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain process performance metrics and measurement methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and inefficiencies.
  • Mentor team members and build organizational capability through training and best-practice sharing.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, or related areas.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt with strong project leadership considered.
  • Experience with finance platforms, analytics, and reporting ecosystems, including ERP systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments.
