Our client is seeking a Packaging Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Packaging Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting data-driven sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Pull, compile, and assess monthly sustainability and packaging KPIs and performance trends
- Run Power BI extractions, manage data sets, and prepare routine sustainability reports
- Coordinate packaging recyclability testing requests with internal and external partners
- Assist with transactional data entries, system updates, and documentation of sustainability efforts
- Calculate Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) fees accurately and efficiently
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Sustainability, or a related technical discipline
- 1-3 years of proven experience in package engineering, sustainability, or operational data analysis (cosmetics or consumer goods experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas) and experience extracting data from Power BI or database systems
- Demonstrated skills in analyzing, reporting, and documenting quantitative information with a strong attention to detail
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on highly structured, transactional tasks in a fast-paced environment
