Our client, a leading organization in the technology and sales industry, is seeking a Outbound Telesales Representative 5 to join their team. As a Outbound Telesales Representative 5, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the outbound sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong negotiation abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve outreach strategies

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office applications
