Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Application Production Support Engineer / Production Support Analyst to join their team. As a Application Production Support Engineer / Production Support Analyst (Charlotte), you will be part of the Enterprise Risk and Finance APS supporting critical treasury portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Respond to and resolve business queries within the ERFT space, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Communicate with line of business and management regarding the overall status and health of applications.
- Identify areas for improvement in monitoring, application stability, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure and Development Teams on releases, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Manage user queries, alerts, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITSM frameworks effectively.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of Production Support experience in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting with Python.
- Experience with ITIL processes, incident and problem management, and monitoring tools like ITRS, DynaTrace, and Splunk.
- Hands-on experience with Autosys, Bob jobs, Hadoop, Cloud platforms, and database systems such as Oracle and Teradata.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.
