Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the Business Operations team supporting partner operations and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence required 2 days a week)

Pay Range: $58/hr to $61/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Support partner operations and business management activities
  • Assist with ROB events, SharePoint setup, and Teams meeting logistics
  • Coordinate and support staff augmentation efforts for business operations
  • Maintain operational infrastructure and manage file organization
  • Support onsite event coordination and town hall logistics

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SharePoint and file storage administration
  • Familiarity with MS Teams and business management principles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
