Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Range: $21 to $25/hr on W2 

Job Details: 

• Carry out daily operations in the batch record department with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support record administration and review duties, including Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance for material lot release.
• Facilitate the Change Control process within the electronic system, tracking development, approval, and implementation.
• Review and verify manufacturing records, SOPs, logs, and other quality documentation for compliance and adequacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve systems, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in quality assurance, preferably within a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with quality processes such as incoming inspection and change management.
