Our client, is seeking a Site Contracts Associate to join their team. As a Site Contracts Associate, you will be part of the Contracting and Business Development department supporting global clinical trial initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate the development of investigator grants, estimates, and contracting strategies to support proposal development.
- Develop contract language, payment terms, and budget templates aligned with project requirements.
- Utilize and maintain contracting systems, tools, and processes to ensure project delivery within scope and timeline.
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional teams to facilitate efficient contract execution and compliance.
- Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting support to study teams, ensuring regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Experience in contract management, clinical trials, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze contracting data and documentation.
- Proficiency with contracting systems, databases, and project management tools.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
