Purchasing Procurement Manager

Our client is seeking a Purchasing Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Purchasing Procurement Manager, you will be part of the procurement department supporting government agency contracts and proposal development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end development of compliant, compelling, and winning proposals for government agencies.
• Prepare responses for requests for information, quotes, bids, and proposals.
• Review complex government-issued RFPs and capture all technical and administrative requirements.
• Draft clear and concise responses aligned with evaluation criteria to demonstrate organizational capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop content and secure commitment for contract requirements.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of relevant experience in proposal writing and government contract support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with end-to-end proposal development
