Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a SRE Transformation Lead / Reliability Engineering Consultant to join their team. As a SRE Transformation Lead / Reliability Engineering Consultant, you will be part of the Reliability Engineering Department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead and execute SRE transformation initiatives within a large regulated enterprise environment.
- Implement and scale SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks to improve reliability metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence reliability measurement and funding strategies.
- Drive automation, resilience, and operational efficiency to reduce incident rates and MTTR.
- Establish credibility and foster a culture of data-driven reliability engineering across teams.
What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in reliability engineering, SRE, or related fields.
- Proven success in leading SRE transformations in large, regulated organizations.
- Expertise in implementing SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks at scale.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, demonstrate flexibility, and establish credibility quickly among technical peers.
