Our client, in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician I, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting laboratory analysis and plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Laboratory Technician I

Location:Beaumont, TX

Pay Range: 26.14/hr

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analysis on product and in-process samples to support quality assurance and control.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory test equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Prepare samples and document data accurately following standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize analytical instruments to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare chemical stock solutions and reagents, maintaining safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • Polytechnic graduate with a background in Chemical, Process, or Technical Engineering.
  • Computer-literate with proficiency in laboratory software and tools.
  • Preferable experience in quality control systems and laboratory procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures diligently.
