What's the Job?

  • Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Oversee testing efforts, including regression testing and quality assurance, to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to interpret test data, measure performance, and inform continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of five years of experience in product development, content platforms, or digital optimization.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with experience managing product backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
