Coordinator Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and operational support industry, is seeking a Professional Other to join their team. As a Professional Other, you will be part of the Customer Operations Department supporting customer onboarding, account maintenance, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Coordinator Specialist

Location: Irving, TX

What's the Job?

• Support customer onboarding processes by managing high-volume Salesforce queues
• Review and process onboarding requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conduct audits of customer records, contracts, and onboarding activities for compliance
• Research and resolve discrepancies in customer documentation and account information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful account setup and maintenance

What's Needed?

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
