Our client, a leading financial services organization specializing in Commercial Banking, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technology Business Systems Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Banking support team, driving strategic initiatives and enhancing banking platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to define and deliver strategic initiatives within Commercial Banking.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Business Execution within financial services.
• 2+ years supporting Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, or related banking functions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements documents.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level audiences.
