Project Manager

Our client, a medical device organization, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management / Product Development department supporting cross-functional engineering and product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and stakeholder management expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: -Andover, MA

Pay Range: $45-$48/hr

12 Month Contract

What’s the Job?

• Develop and manage project plans including scope, timeline, and budget
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver medical device projects
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and action items
• Manage project financials and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with product development processes and design controls

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience in medical device product development lifecycle
• Experience managing electromechanical products (HW & SW)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
