Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Synthesis Quality Lead to join their team. As a Technical Synthesis Quality Lead, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Develop and write control sheets for new parts and translate control sheets for carry-over parts.
- Establish and monitor the quality status of incoming parts, ensuring inspection reports are complete and parts meet quality standards at each stage.
- Collaborate with design teams upon arrival of new parts to confirm needs and changes.
- Analyze chassis and suspension defects detected during manufacturing, on incoming parts, or on vehicles.
- Participate in chassis and suspension review meetings with manufacturing teams and contribute to APQP/PPAP processes.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Civil, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university.
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, or Product Quality.
- Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and Supplier Quality Manual.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis, metrology principles, and root cause analysis methods.
- Strong understanding of vehicle chassis and suspension systems, design, assembly, and process control.
