Loan Workout Specialist 1

Our client, the financial services industry, is seeking a Loan Workout Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Loan Workout Specialist 1, you will be part of the Loan Recovery Department supporting the Loan Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Review and analyze legal documents related to loan workouts and recoveries
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of legal documentation with applicable regulations
• Verify notarizations and validate judgments and complaints as needed
• Collaborate with legal and collections teams to support loan resolution processes
• Test information before it is sent to third-party legal partners

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1+ year of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of collection law and civil procedures (ideal)
• Experience with litigation or quality assurance functions
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Understanding of credit card processes and legal documentation
