Agile Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a Agile Scrum Master to join their team. As a Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the Portfolio Management Office supporting strategic infrastructure transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the delivery of infrastructure-as-code projects within private cloud transformation programs.
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define success metrics and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Utilize Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or technical project management roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or technology programs, especially cloud transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, or cloud technologies is a plus.
