Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Analyst with AI/LLM to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Analysis Department supporting Regulatory Compliance and Data Science teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Analyst with AI/LLM
Location: Rockville, Maryland
Pay Range: $80-84/hr depending on years of experience
What's the Job?
- Conduct complex analysis of automated surveillance systems to identify potential regulatory violations.
- Understand, validate, and enhance surveillance patterns across multiple asset classes and regulatory domains.
- Bridge regulatory requirements with technical implementation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of outputs.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and develop prototypes for complex business problems.
- Manage the deployment of solutions into production and serve as a domain expert on regulatory accuracy.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with SQL for large-scale data analysis on distributed platforms.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
- Experience leveraging machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and solve business problems.
