Salesforce Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Salesforce (Sales, Service & Experience cloud)- Project Manager to join their team. As a Salesforce (Sales, Service & Experience cloud)- Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various client initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston (Hybrid role)

What's the Job?

• Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to completion using agile delivery methodologies
• Create and execute detailed project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving needs
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, maintaining scope, schedule, and quality standards
• Develop, review, and approve project plans and scope documentation
• Coordinate resources and assign responsibilities to team members for efficient project execution

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1+ years managing Salesforce or other Cloud Software implementation projects with LEANAGILE methodology
• Salesforce Certifications such as Admin, Sales, Service, or PD certifications
• Agile Certifications and Capgemini Engagement Manager Level 1 Certification preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Project and Engagement Management
• Proven success in managing and delivering multiple Salesforce implementations across all project phases
