Technical Content Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Content Developer to join their team. As a Technical Content Developer, you will be part of the Learning Resource Development team supporting content creation, training materials, and business documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating clear, engaging content which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Technical Content Developer

Location:Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range:$32/hr

What's the Job?

  • Create and update training materials, process documentation, and business content
  • Support ongoing content maintenance and data entry efforts during a system transition
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather information and develop effective content
  • Assist with the creation of visual content, including infographics and training resources
  • Collaborate with team members to improve existing content and support business initiatives

What's Needed?

  • 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, content development, training content, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating business documentation, procedural guides, or training materials
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or digital content libraries
  • Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and ask thoughtful questions
