AI Deployment Product Lead

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking an AI Deployment Product Lead to join their team. As an AI Deployment Product Lead, you will be part of the Operations Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live banking operations
• Embed AI agents directly into operational workflows for automation and decision support
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to transition concepts into production environments
• Ensure enterprise-grade deployment, scalability, and governance of AI solutions
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions utilizing process artifacts and workflow automation tools

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar)
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, function calling, and orchestration frameworks
• Experience working with process artifacts such as SOPs, workflows, and process mining outputs
• Background in product management or product ownership within AI or automation projects
