AI Deployment Product Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an AI Deployment Product Lead to join their team. As an AI Deployment Product Lead, you will be part of the Innovation and Technology Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI Deployment Product Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live banking operations
• Embed AI agents directly into operational workflows for automation and decision support
• Collaborate closely with business and operations teams to transition from concept to production
• Ensure enterprise-grade deployment, scalability, and governance of AI solutions
• Conduct discovery sessions and analyze process artifacts to identify automation opportunities

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as Claude, Gemini, GPT, or similar
• Proven ability to deploy AI solutions directly into business operations
• Strong understanding of process artifacts and converting them into AI workflows
• Experience managing product lifecycle from discovery to delivery in enterprise settings
• Knowledge of banking operations, risk, compliance, and operational frameworks
