Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Appian UI Developer to join their team. As an Appian UI Developer, you will be part of the Software Development department supporting the application development and integration team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Develop, customize, and support Appian BPM applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with analysts and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Appian solutions.
  • Design and implement Appian objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, and Web API.
  • Debug, test, and document application enhancements, ensuring high quality and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Support the development of user guides and assist in troubleshooting production issues to maintain system integrity.

What's Needed?

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Appian UI development, configuration, debugging, and documentation.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementation, including design, development, deployment, and packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of Appian product features such as Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugins, Smart Services, and Reports.
  • Experience with business integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18 or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on complex assignments.
