Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) NC to join their dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) NC, you will be an integral part of the development team supporting innovative projects. What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement and test RESTful APIs and web services to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.

What's Needed?

• Core Java experience with a minimum of 10+ years in IT development.
• At least 6+ years of hands-on web development using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Expertise in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with proven experience developing SPAs.
• Strong database skills with SQL Server or similar RDBMS and experience creating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with development methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile, and experience with source control tools like Git.
