Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. This person will run multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, owning project plans, launch readiness, operational processes, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Success depends on driving execution, resolving risks, and improving the efficiency and scalability of partner-facing programs.

Projects include strategic initiatives, launches, operational excellence efforts, and process improvements that strengthen the partner ecosystem. The environment is fast-paced, highly visible, and offers regular interaction with senior leadership and diverse functional teams.

 

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities across teams.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members, overseeing staff development and competence.
  • Analyze operational needs, market demand, and resource requirements to assess project feasibility.
  • Review contracts, cost estimates, and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to independently drive projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward action.
  • Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and executive reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools.
