Our client, a leading organization in the data and analytics industry, is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Engineer to join their team.
As a Microsoft Fabric Engineer, you will be part of the Data Solutions team supporting enterprise data, analytics, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Remote
Pay Range: $50-53/hour, based on experience
What's the Job?
- Design, validate, and implement Microsoft Fabric capabilities to support enterprise data strategies.
- Assess and recommend architecture patterns for OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and reporting workloads.
- Develop reusable data engineering patterns using Fabric Data Factory pipelines, notebooks, Lakehouse tables, and data layers.
- Implement governance, security, and administration practices aligned with best practices and compliance standards.
- Support capacity planning, performance optimization, and operational monitoring for Fabric environments.
What's Needed?
- At least five years of hands-on experience with modern Microsoft data and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Warehouse architecture.
- Strong understanding of data governance, deployment pipelines, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Experience with designing and implementing data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to transfer knowledge effectively to team members.
