Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Marketing Program Coordinator -AI Initiatives to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Marketing Program Coordinator -AI Initiatives, you will be an integral part of the AI Innovation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for advancing AI solutions, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:Technical Marketing Program Coordinator -AI Initiatives

Location: Remote (EST/CST)

Pay Range: $35-40/hr

What's the Job?

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of the Content-Agent Proof of Concept project, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Define and document data-source requirements, validating inputs and coordinating timely handoffs.
• Curate and author detailed documentation, including markdown files, to represent partner personas and business context.
• Validate project outcomes against defined requirements and integration goals within the AI environment.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts across IT, Content Marketing, and Partner Sales & Operations to maintain alignment and transparency.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in technical project or program coordination within technology or product environments.
• Technical fluency to understand, document, and communicate AI/agent-based solutions, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Comfort working with structured content formats such as markdown and technical documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Operational rigor in scheduling, dependency tracking, and risk management.
