Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior Selenium Automation Testers with strong expertise in automated testing, functional testing, and SQL/database validation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Selenium automation experience, 5+ years of SQL testing experience, and 10+ years of overall IT experience. Experience with Playwright is highly preferred. This role requires working closely with development, business, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Create automated test scripts for web-based applications and APIs.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Perform database testing and data validation using complex SQL queries.
• Analyze application requirements and identify test scenarios and edge cases.
• Track, document, and validate defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support CI/CD-based automated testing processes.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote testing best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Selenium Automation Testing experience.
• 5+ years of strong SQL Testing and Database Validation experience.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
• Expertise in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Playwright Automation Framework.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications and modern testing practices.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
