Our client, a government agency specializing in public service and digital transformation, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT support department supporting the Life Outcomes Improvement System (LOIS) project. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:El Dorado Hills, California (Remote within the vicinity available)
Pay Range:$57.00 to $65.00
What's the Job?
- Support the modernization of legacy systems to a unified, scalable, and secure platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements for the LOIS project.
- Assist in streamlining and automating business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Contribute to data accuracy, sharing, and integrity across various programs and systems.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with government IT projects, especially CA Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-profile, multi-stakeholder environments.
