Test Associate

Experis Game Solutions is seeking a Test Associate to join their team. As a Test Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting game development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, enthusiasm for gaming, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Associate

Location: Portland, Oregon

Pay Range:$18.35

What's the Job?

• Conduct functional testing of video games, including smoke, regression, user acceptance, unit, and integration tests.
• Write detailed bug reports and test results for specific areas or test passes within game projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot game issues.
• Assist senior staff with administrative tasks such as meeting notes, database updates, and production requests.
• Provide feedback on game fun factor and balance to support quality and player experience.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Passion for gaming across various genres and platforms.
• Comfortable working w/ AI to improve testing
• Knowledge of PC components and building gaming PCs is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
