What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Experience (CX) during global launches and events, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of global CX launch readiness processes, including frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to facilitate efficient launch preparations and support activities.
- Monitor and evaluate customer support agent performance through quality assessment programs, leveraging feedback to identify coaching opportunities and operational improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback and support customer journeys from pre-launch to post-launch, identifying areas for innovation and enhancement to optimize the customer experience.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrated strength in these disciplines.
- 1-2 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Marketing, or related fields, preferably within media or entertainment sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience working with global customer support teams and cross-regional collaboration.
- Knowledge of agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and release management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
