Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Launch Readiness Specialist Contractor to join their dynamic Global Customer Experience (CX) team. As a Launch Readiness Specialist Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global product launches and enhancing overall quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive communication, strategic planning, and a collaborative spirit, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences worldwide.

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Experience (CX) during global launches and events, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of global CX launch readiness processes, including frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to facilitate efficient launch preparations and support activities.
• Monitor and evaluate customer support agent performance through quality assessment programs, leveraging feedback to identify coaching opportunities and operational improvements.
• Analyze customer feedback and support customer journeys from pre-launch to post-launch, identifying areas for innovation and enhancement to optimize the customer experience.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrated strength in these disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Marketing, or related fields, preferably within media or entertainment sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with global customer support teams and cross-regional collaboration.
• Knowledge of agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and release management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
