Our client, a leading organization in the finance and business transformation sector, is seeking a Project/Program Manager 5_USD to join their team. As a Project/Program Manager 5_USD, you will be part of the Finance Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead complex, cross-functional finance transformation initiatives from inception to successful completion.
• Partner with finance leadership, IT, and other functional teams to define project scope, success metrics, and timelines.
• Drive process improvements across core finance functions such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Apply structured project management practices to plan, execute, monitor, and mitigate risks in multi-phase initiatives.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or process-driven initiatives.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable results.
• Experience with process improvement and operational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, reporting, and analytics platforms.
