Our client, a leading organization in the finance and business transformation sector, is seeking a Project/Program Manager 5_USD to join their team. As a Project/Program Manager 5_USD, you will be part of the Finance Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?
- Lead complex, cross-functional finance transformation initiatives from inception to successful completion.
- Partner with finance leadership, IT, and other functional teams to define project scope, success metrics, and timelines.
- Drive process improvements across core finance functions such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Apply structured project management practices to plan, execute, monitor, and mitigate risks in multi-phase initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or process-driven initiatives.
- Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable results.
- Experience with process improvement and operational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance systems, reporting, and analytics platforms.
