Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Analyst – OT / Manufacturing Technology Analyst to join their team. As a Analyst – OT / Manufacturing Technology Analyst, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology and manufacturing innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

What's the Job?

• Support, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing applications and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for manufacturing technology initiatives within assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through technology.
• Monitor application performance and support metrics to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Assist in deploying new manufacturing technologies and digital transformation projects, including system upgrades and user training.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or operations environments through internships, co-ops, or professional roles.
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing systems, processes, or shop floor operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
