Medical Device Sales Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the Medical Device industry is seeking a HR Recruiting Specialist to join their team. As a HR Recruiting Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Recruiting Specialist 
Location: 100% Remote (Must be in EST/CST)
Contract: 12 Months
Schedule: Part Time (30 hrs/week)

What's the Job?

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various roles, primarily in sales, operations, and marketing.
  • Utilize Workday to enter requisitions, manage onboarding documentation, and track candidate progress.
  • Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through multiple channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with full cycle recruiting within the Pharma/Med Device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of change management from a recruitment perspective is a plus.
