Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - Technical Lead to join their team. As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - Technical Lead, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Salesforce development and implementation team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - Technical Lead

Location: Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, New York & San Francisco

Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000

What's the Job?

  • Lead the technical design and architecture for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
  • Partner closely with program managers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Develop and troubleshoot complex Salesforce solutions, including custom Action Plan logic and Assessment Task scoring.
  • Guide small development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce CI/CD and DevOps standards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with SAP, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), and REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow.

What's Needed?

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1 year focused on Consumer Goods Cloud.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CG Cloud Retail Execution objects, including custom logic and scoring mechanisms.
  • Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events.
  • Experience building and troubleshooting offline mobile configurations and sync behavior for field users.
