Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety teams.
Track dependencies, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolution to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates.
Define and operationalize scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.
Monitor program health, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Support technical and operational execution of safety-related initiatives and platform improvements.
Document decisions, action items, and program learnings to improve organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Experience coordinating engineering-driven initiatives and working closely with technical teams.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Trust & Safety, Integrity, Risk, Compliance, Content Moderation, or Safety-related programs.
Familiarity with online safety, child protection, abuse prevention, or platform integrity initiatives.
Experience working with data-driven decision making and operational metrics.
Knowledge of incident management, governance, and large-scale operational processes.
Experience in highly regulated or sensitive business environments.

Additional Considerations
Candidates should be comfortable working in a sensitive domain involving child safety and abuse prevention topics.
Exposure to discussions, documentation, and operational contexts related to child safety may occur during the course of work.
Strong professionalism, emotional resilience, discretion, and adherence to privacy and safety policies are essential.
