Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Lead Oracle FCCS Consolidations Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Oracle FCCS Consolidations Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Finance Technology Department, supporting the Enterprise Ledger Modernization Program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Lead Oracle FCCS Consolidations Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -4 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of the FCCS Consolidations module within Oracle Cloud.
  • Manage ownership structures, eliminations, intercompany processing, and currency translation processes.
  • Develop and optimize close workflows to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with upstream and downstream finance systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support external financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements through effective consolidation practices.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience implementing FCCS Consolidations in large banking or financial institutions.
  • Deep technical expertise in Oracle FCCS, Oracle EPM, and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of banking finance, accounting, and consolidation practices.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
