Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Change Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Change Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Business Enablement department supporting large-scale platform migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing change, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead and execute change management activities supporting the migration to a new Supply Chain Finance Lending Platform.
- Ensure all program activities align with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and manage comprehensive change management plans, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and impact assessments.
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to drive successful adoption of new processes and technology.
- Establish and monitor business readiness milestones, ensuring impacted teams are prepared for platform deployment and operational transitions.
What's Needed?
- 6+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Enablement, Program Delivery, or Transformation roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management efforts for large-scale platform migrations or enterprise technology transformations.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Change Management (ECM) frameworks, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience developing executive communications, leadership presentations, and program reporting materials.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across business and technology organizations.
