Our client, a healthcare supply chain and distribution organization is seeking a Specialty Programs Analyst to join their team. As a Specialty Programs Analyst, you will be part of the Program Operations team supporting cross-functional stakeholders including Portfolio, Pricing, Clinical, and Distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Operations Analyst
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
12 Month Contract
Pay Range: $40/hour
What’s the Job?
- Execute workflows for auto substitution, sequestration replenishment, and allocation programs
- Maintain and update SAP configurations and inventory logic
- Track workflows, monitor performance, and escalate issues as needed
- Analyze data using SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI to support decisions
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely program execution
What’s Needed?
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, healthcare operations, or analytics
- Experience with inventory, replenishment, allocation, or substitution processes
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, automation tools)
