Logistics / Supply Chain Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Associate to join their team. As a Logistics / Supply Chain Associate, you will be part of the Supply Chain – Assembly & Promotional Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics / Supply Chain Associate

Location:Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $25/hr 

What's the Job?

• Support the execution of promotional assembly and packaging operations across third-party manufacturing and logistics partners.
• Maintain inventory health, monitor inventory levels, and support procurement activities to ensure continuous production.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional assembly programs, ensuring projects meet service level agreements and OTIF targets.
• Analyze operational reports, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operations.
• Must Have experience with 3PLs, Contracts, Suppliers 
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar too
• Strong data analystics tools Adavcned Excel/Power BI
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
