Manufacturing Technician I

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I
Location: Plymouth, MN - 100% Onsite 
Pay Range: $20/hr to $24/hr on W2

Job Details:

• Identify, analyze, and implement manufacturing improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain existing equipment and develop new tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
• Assist in writing technical reports and support new product introductions and validations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to catheter assembly and diagnose part problems to ensure quality standards.
• Train assemblers and support engineers with occasional minor project work to improve overall team performance.

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience with equipment repair, maintenance, and production line support preferred.
• High school diploma or GED minimum required.
• Medical assembly experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team environment during the first shift, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days.
