AI Solutions Product Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an AI Solutions Product Manager to join their team. As an AI Solutions Product Manager, you will be part of the Business Execution team supporting strategic initiatives in intelligent automation and AI deployment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to facilitate the delivery of complex automation solutions.
• Support the alignment of Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with overall business and technology strategies.
• Develop automation analysis and design methodologies, ensuring rapid implementation aligned with enterprise standards.
• Work directly with subject matter experts to understand business processes and translate them into clear user stories for automation deployment.
• Support automation testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Experience in supporting offshore automation support teams, such as Shannon - Offshore Support.
• Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in leading and collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement AI workflows using platforms like LangChain, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etc.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and security.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development.
