 Our client, a global leader in the healthcare and regulatory manufacturing industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join their team. As a SAF Regulatory/Environmental Specialist II, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs Department supporting environmental compliance and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Location: Twin Cities, MN (Remote Option Available) 

Pay Range: $25.00/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 6-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend

Job Functions:

  • Support regulatory and environmental documentation processes across multiple regions
  • Assist with data gathering, organization, and management of product-related information
  • Create and update work instructions and standard documentation templates
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Perform structured reviews of business documentation to ensure regulatory alignment

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working with structured documentation or administrative support
  • Relevant experience or demonstrated skills in regulatory, environmental, or technical environments preferred
