Our client is seeking HRIS Lead to join their team.

Houston TX (Mandatory in office 4 days a week,Fridays mostly remote)
Pay rang $55-58/hr onw2
HRIS Lead, you will be responsible for connecting the client's business strategy to the talent strategy. Location - Houston - onsite requirement!
What are must-have skills and years of experience: 1. 7-10 Years experience
• What are nice-to-have skills and years of experience: 1. SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Experience, HRIS Experience (Human Resources Information Systems)
• Is industry experience needed for this role and why: No but preferred (Oil and Gas, Industrials, Manufacturing, EPC, Oilfield Equipment & Services)
You will help the client pivot and prepare their workforces for future work, roles, and skills to enable and sustain transformation. Leveraging artificial intelligence and analytics, you will craft a talent strategy and new skilling approach tailored to the client's unique needs. Collaboration with the end-to-end network, accelerators, and ecosystem partners will be essential to new skill the workforce at pace and scale, driving continuous learning and sustainable skills. Expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, you should demonstrate influencing and advisory skills, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in HR Delivery Strategy is required. Advanced proficiency in Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy, Workforce Experience Strategy & Design, and SAP SuccessFactors is suggested.
Provide advanced guidance on aligning talent strategies with evolving business objectives to support long-term transformation.
Shape innovative approaches to workforce skilling by integrating emerging technologies and data-driven insights.
Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to elevate the quality and impact of talent initiatives across the organization.
Engage proactively with ecosystem partners to expand capabilities and accelerate workforce development at scale.
Champion continuous learning cultures by designing sustainable skill development frameworks that adapt to future workforce needs
