Our client is seeking ServiceNow Developer to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead development sprints; own backlog refinement and velocity tracking
• Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automations
• Manage ServiceNow environment pipeline: Dev Test Staging Production
• Conduct peer code reviews; enforce platform coding standards and governance
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub spokes
• Support ATF (Automated Test Framework) buildout and defect triage
• Provide L3 AMS support - resolve complex scripting and configuration issues
• Coordinate with Solution Architect on technical design decisions and platform standards
Prepare technical documentation: design specs, runbooks, and release notes
Required
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) or higher
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Angular/Service Portal
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Event Management modules
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes - especially ECPRO (Event, Change, Problem, Release)
• Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Preferred
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM)
• Experience with MID Server, Discovery, and Integration Hub
• Healthcare payer / managed care domain knowledge a plus
