QA Automation Engineer

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting testing of WAN, Firewall, and Wi-Fi in Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Plano, TX (On Site)

What's the Job?

• Perform functional testing of WAN, Firewall, and Wi-Fi in CPE devices.
• Develop and execute test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Conduct Layer 2 protocol testing to ensure network reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes for quality assurance.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering at Level 2.
• Experience with CPE testing at Level 2.
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi testing methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX, with immediate availability.
• Mandatory background check clearance.
